Sue Hainsby the owner was Kent Women in Business, Business Women of the Year in 2018 which means you will have an award winning landlord looking after your property. Having been a landlord since 2005 Sue knows what landlords want from their letting/managing agent and works hard to provide a professional yet very personalised service with bespoke packages available.
You won't find us on the high street in a fancy office, we run our business from one of Sue's apartments in Rochester, Kent as we don't believe we need to be on your high street to let and manage your property, we currently look after properties in Greenwich, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Belvedere, Dartford, Rochester, Maidstone, Sittingbourne.
