Established in 1991 by Nick Carver, Gordon soon joined to form Nick & Gordon Carver Residential. After a successful career, Nick retired in 2017 and left the business fully in April 2021 with Henry joining James on the board with new branding being revealed in 2023 as Carver Residential. From a single room, the business grew and now has offices in Duke Street, Darlington; Richmond; Northallerton; Newton Aycliffe. Covering a wide area our experienced team have excellent local knowledge and are passionate about property and providing a high standard of customer service. Our Client Money Protection (CMP) is with UKALA and Redress scheme is with Property Ombudsman.
