Chester Master Ltd is a firm of rural consultants who offer a range of management and consultancy services primarily across Wales to owners of rural property.
We are not a typical high street letting agency that offers a letting service to members of the public. We do however manage a large number of residential property for our management and consultancy clients and when these become vacant we often let these properties for them.
As a result we do not advertise our letting fees on our website as we don't let properties to anyone other than our management clients for whom we normally do a diverse range of management work. The fees we charge these clients are included in a management terms agreement that is agreed individually with each client and is confidential as it includes information specific to that clients affairs.
