We are a local, independant company, specialising in Residential Letting and Property Management alone. As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of the landlord and tenant, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalites are not dividied by dealing with property sales and mortgages. We are a Safeagent registered agent and also a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme. Because we are a small firm, we are able to offer a personal and friendly service, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism, and our fees are competitive. We are, if necessary, able to meet with landlords or prospective tenants, outside normal office hours, at a time that is convenient to you. A member of staff is also available on the telephone out of hours.
