- Full management; Let us take the strain of managing your property away from you. We will advertise your property, tenant vetting, inspections, full inventories, organise repairs when needed, gas safety checks and electrical reports by accredited sevice personel. Unlike some agencies, we do not charge anything to you to sign with us. We will only charge a percentage of the monthly rent, which is negotiable per property.
- Part management: With this, we will advertise your property, find you tenant/s, draw up the contracts and relevant paperwork, and hand back you
- We also offer a service where we can organise inspections, inventories, repairs etc.
