KPA Property Management was born out of our search for an agency to manage our HMO portfolio in the Bristol area. We couldn’t find one that offered the level of service that we provided to our tenants and, looked after our houses in the way that we do, so we set up our own agency!

Our aim is to provide a truly passive property management experience for every landlord we work with, maximising the income from and keeping their greatest assets safe; ensuring that their tenants have a good service and a place to call home, not just a house that they live in.
