Lawton & Dawe Properties is an independent sales, lettings and property management company. We are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents ( ARLA Propertymark), Client Money Protection is also with ARLA Propertymark - the professional and regulated body for the residential property management and lettings industry. ARLA Propertymark has a strict code of conduct and whilst this is not required by law, we have become members in order to show our dedication to the industry and to give our clients extra peace of mind in the knowledge that they are dealing with a conscientious, professional agent. We are also member for The PropertyOmbudsman, Institue of Residential Property Managers and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
