Listers Property Consultants was established in 2011. We are a Plymouth-based independent commercial property adviser, headed by experienced Chartered Surveyor, Ifan Rhys-Jones BSc MRICS. Ifan's previous roles have included commercial property asset management in Sydney, residential agency in London and a specialism in south west regional offices, in Exeter.
Gareth Forrest BSc (Hons) joined the Listers team in 2020 as an assistant surveyor. Gareth brings a wealth of property experience with him after many years in the residential market. More recently he has been training to become a Chartered Surveyor with a local independant firm in Plymouth.
