LM1 was established in July 2020 by Co-Directors Steven Jones MRICS & Matt Bredin MRICS based in Wetherby & Sheffield, to serve clients seeking independent, pragmatic and attentive advice in Commercial Property consultancy, Industrial & Office agency, Investment and Landlord & Tenant matters such as Asset Management, Rent Reviews & Lease renewals.
LM1 provide property services for commercial sectors including industrial, office, investment & development across the Yorkshire region for a variety of clients from PLC’s to private HNW’s. We can provide agency services disposing, selling or leasing/letting properties on behalf of our clients, offer advice on acquisitions and investment sales, and handle all lease events including Lease renewals and Rent Reviews.
