I do eveything my self. Photos- Viewings- Floor plans- Web site adverts. So when you ring me - you speak to me personaly and can get direct access to me as lomg as my phone is swithed on - 7 day a week and I do not close at 5 pm.
It has been proved that the big name estate agents tend to loose control of things when the try and spin to many plates and when you need to speak to them - they are busy or are closed.
