Morgan & Co was established in 1991 by Trevor Morgan who was born in Newtown, has a degree in Estate Management, is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has over 31 years experience in the Mid Wales property market. His colleague/wife, Derwyn, joined the company in 1996, who is local and from farming background and recently Angela who again is local and from farming background. Together they provide a very, honest, friendly and realistic approach in providing valuations, resulting in more viewings and quicker sales and are able to carry out valuations for probate and family division. Morgan & Co also provide a Property Management Service for the area having a large portfolio of properties, are able to provide a Fee Finding only service and are registered Agents under Rent Smart Wales together with membership of the Tenancy Dispute Service.
