Dealing only in lettings, we focus at the corporate end of the market but do deal with thoroughly referenced private tenants. We regret that we do not deal with sharers or DSS. We aim to keep life as simple as possible for landlords and tenants alike and this theme is followed through to our fee structure. The majority of our clients are long term investor landlords and we also offer a free service where we source properties for our clients to buy via other agents. Our reward comes in the form of a letting instruction at a later date.
