We are proud to have taken over from stalwarts Barry and Helen Dutton, who operated as Local Properties Limited, a well-known and respected agency in the area since 2008. More recently, we have also acquired another well-established local company, Martin & Co Pontefract, originally set up and successfully run by Michelle Stoppard since 2011 — further strengthening our local presence and expanding our reach across the region.
The office is headed up by Liam Reilly, who has vast experience within the sector for over a decade and is heavily involved day-to-day in the operation of the business. In collaboration with our Huddersfield, Brighouse, Holmfirth and Mirfield offices, we now manage over £100 million worth of property across West Yorkshire — creating a strong network of expertise and industry knowledge accessible to all our clients.
