    And it is therefore agreed that all liability under Part iia of the Environmental Protection Act
    1990 has transferred to the transferee and the Transferor is excluded from any such liability
    to all extent permissible and the Transferee will from the date hereof fully indemnify the
    Transferor from all actions, claims, costs raised in relation thereto at any point in the future’.
