Agricultural land for sale - A total of 41.26 hectares (109.38 acres) of pasture adjoining Hog's Back (A31) to be sold as a whole or in two lots. The land is located to the North of Hog's Back, A31, to the West of the village of Wanborough, Guildford. The land can be accessed from both East and West via private roads. Until recently all the land was used for arable cropping but has been reverted to pasture in the last five years.
