Location

Daventry is located approximately 12 miles west of the county town of Northampton and is centrally located in the ‘Golden Triangle’.

The property itself is located on Broad March and is part of one of the most established industrial estates in the town, less than a mile from the town centre. The position is highly visible from the A425.
