The land is set in a convenient location on the edge of Wyke Regis and easily accessible from Portland just 1.2 miles northeast of Ferrybridge and 1.6 miles from Weymouth Harbour. Directions
From Dorchester Football Club roundabout, head south on the A354 Weymouth Relief Road towards Weymouth. After 5.2 miles, at Veasta roundabout, continue to Manor roundabout and take the second exit onto Weymouth Way. At Chafeys roundabout, turn right onto B3157 Granby Way towards Granby Industrial Estate. Continue over Wessex roundabout onto Chickerell Link Road, then turn left at the traffic lights onto Chickerell Road. After 2/3rds of a mile, turn right onto Lanehouse Rocks Road. After just under 1 mile, turn right onto Camp Road. The land is a further 175m after the the access to Lot A, opposite the Wyke Regis Bridging Camp entrance.
