In early 1985 my pregnant wife and I had been driving around looking at houses for a whole day, no internet then, we were tired and fed up, nothing suitable was available, our last visit was to a building site in Acacia Avenue, the show house looked just right, the construction was sound, no stud walls, larger than average rooms and garden, we, d been looking at 4 bedrooms but chose this 3 bed as we loved the location and the design. It was finished 5 months later, my son was then 3 months old, he's now 37! The road was a proper building site for the next year, our neighbours began to move in, and until a few months ago, 4 out of the 6 homes still had the original owners, 37 years ago! We never expected to stay so long, but quickly put down roots in the area, the house was perfect, avocado bathroom, artex ceiling, single glazing and a fake gas fireplace! We extended as everyone did, 75% of these homes were 3 bedroom, I don't think there is 1 without the extension now. In 2010 we did the big refurbishment, knocked down walls, new bathrooms, kitchen, windows and uPVC facias, etc making the comfortable home you see today. The area, the proximity to towns, schools and transport links kept us here but mostly the safety and security of the community, and our neighbours. The time has come for us to make a big life changing move, we will be very sad to say goodbye to number 34, but know that whoever moves in will settle quickly and have many happy years here.

This truly is a beautifully presented family home. It offers generous living space with a well thought out, open plan living style and four good sized bedrooms. There is a large en-suite to the master and each bedroom offers enough space for comfortable living for all the family. Downstairs, there is a WC and lovely conservatory overlooking the large garden. There is the bonus of having a utility room and the kitchen is tastefully designed with granite worktops. You also have driveway parking and a garage. You can really see why the current owners have been here so long. This is must view and will make the next purchaser very happy.

Area Comment...
Sitting within the popular Heath Park development, this home has pretty much everything on the doorstep. Olwsmoor park is a stones throw away which is great for walks and has a great children's play area. You have some local amenities which are walking distance which include a Co-op and Pharmacy. There is also the Meadows which has both an M&S and Tesco superstores only a short drive away. Also within walking distance are the local schools which are hugely popular.
With regards to commuting you transport links to M3/M4 as well as Sandhurst train station being close by.
