The Sunningdale comes with an L shaped sofa which converts to a double bed, a 4 ring gas (mains) hob and oven/grill together with a new (2024) full length fridge/freezer (70/30). The family bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and WC with electric extractor fan, and the main bedroom has an en-suite (WC/Sink).
