This was an excellent first step on the property ladder. The spacious flat with two bedrooms means I have ample room for everything needed to live comfortably. The ensuite is an amazing asset and having the two bathrooms and two large bedrooms having people over is a lot easier. The underground parking is a real bonus making parking easier and convenient especially during the winter months. The neighbours are very friendly and approachable and if you ever need any help or have any questions then they will help. The Lexicon shopping centre, train station, supermarkets, bars/restaurants are all in walking distance from the flat.

We're big fans of properties within 'The Braccans' as all the apartments are a little quirky in their layouts, offering great sized rooms with big windows and high ceilings, so they feel really bright and spacious despite the modest floor plan. On top of that, the fittings throughout are really lovely - the kitchen has Bosch integrated appliances and stone worktops, and the bathroom is fully tiled with a huge mirror and a vanity unit under the sink, all of a lovely standard. There's also secure underground gated parking. The lease has plenty of time left at 119 years.

Area Comments...

You can walk into the town centre for The Lexicon shopping centre in 5 minutes and you can chose either Bracknell or Martins Heron train station to walk to in 10-15 mins. The A329 and A30 are both close by so getting onto the M4 & M3 motorway networks is really quick. There's a huge amount of green space in Bracknell and one of our favourite spots for a stroll is Lily Hill Park which is only a couple of minutes round the corner!
