Residents own the street, but a private company called ews Property Management manages everything for us.
The management company clear the drainage pipe annually, which is included within the annual service fee. The ditch that flows into it is maintained by the residents whose houses border it, which doesn't include our property.
Although it is a private road, refuse is collected by the council on the same cycle as the rest of Easton.
