*** Vendors Comments *** "I had been looking for a property for months, I received a phone call from agents and viewed 208 when it came on the market and knew it was the one for me, it was on the market for all of 10 mins, the estate agent hadn't even advertised it. I loved the fact that it had a driveway so I would always have a space to park my vehicle and the garage came as an extra bonus. I loved the fact that the garden was only accessible through the house or garage, so I didn't have to worry about the dog going out of the garden. I saw the potential to enlarge the property, extending above the garage and the kitchen/bathroom.
I am sorry to say that the family didn't expand so therefore the extension didn't happen. I had planned to stay on in Croydon for a good many more years especially but I had to move back to Scotland to care for elderly parents. I made a decision to rent my home out for a year but unfortunately I will be staying in Scotland for the foreseeable future so I have decided to sell. I hope the new owners will be as happy and contented as I have been.
I think it is a lovely little area. There is a selection of shops within a short walking distance and a pub just across the road and of course the station with good train links across London areas and Brighton/Gatwick."
