It's in a very convenient place to not have to use a car to get to anywhere in Chesham but also easy access to the main roads after a little drive.
The location of the flat is also ideal as it is close to the countryside but commuting to London is also possible.
Chesham has a great community feel and has the right amount of necessary amenities so you don't have to travel far to get the essentials.
The car park is a massive bonus as there is a specific parking space for the flat and a visitors space too. Off street parking is always great for keeping peace of mind about the safety of my car and also helps with insurance prices!
The flat has a lovely view out over Chesham as it is up Eskdale Avenue hill and the windows at both ends of the flat allows a lot of natural light into the flat. The fact that the flat is on the first floor helps for peace of mind if safety too though the area in which the flat is located feels very safe as does all of Chesham.
The loft space is the same footprint as the flat which is excellent for storage and a bonus of being on the first floor.
The leisure centre can be walked to in about 10 mins.
Chesham is a great town, a lovely size and plenty of greenery as well as the tube station. Having a bit of everything is what made me decide to choose Chesham as the place I wanted to buy property.
