A word from the owners...
“This has been a great home for almost a decade and i’ll be sad to leave it when I move out of London. I’ve appreciated the tranquil garden green space with shrubs and flowering plants. I’ve also loved the road which is generally quiet, with trees along the pavements, parking, and little through traffic, as it’s a short road compared to others in the area. The location is great as although the road is quiet, you are close to lots of brilliant restaurants on Ilford Lane which I have really enjoyed, as well as Mercato Ilford. It is also close to a number of green spaces, including Loxford and Barking Park. You’re also not too far from Valentines Park where they are about to open London’s first new outdoor lido in decades! The house is in a great location for getting to most of my favourite spots in East London in under 30 minutes, as well as commuting into Central for work. I have done some upgrades over the years, including installing a smart thermostat and boiler. The house is light, warm and definitely ready to live in, and although the house met my needs, there’s lots of potential here if you wanted to develop.”
