Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman

Crossfields enjoys an excellent position within Tarvin village being just a short walk to the village¿s High Street amenities and allowing for easy travelling access to the nearby villages such as Kelsall, Ashton Hayes and Tarporley as well as the City Centre of Chester.

The bungalow was built back in 1965 and is being brought to market for the very first time. Following a previous extension there is an impressive amount of space on offer here with the internal space consisting of an entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, principal en suite bedroom, two spare bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Externally the home enjoys a gravel garden to the front alongside the driveway that leads to the single garage. At the rear the bungalow benefits from a South West facing rear garden currently offering a patio, lawn garden and bedding areas.

As modernisation and investment is expected to be made by the new owners, the bungalow has been priced to account for this.

So with the combination of being offered with no chain, priced competitively and superbly located a viewing is strongly recommended.
