Hi Caroline
I hope you are well and enjoying the summer.
I need to talk to you about 61 The Street, to date there have been no viewings at your property, I believe the pictures and advertising are as good as they can be, I have also had a for sale board erect there.
The trouble is the sales market has slowed right down due to all the unstable factors that are scaring everyone and dampening confidence in the markets, however if prices are right properties will generate interest, at the other end of the Terrace 3 doors away is a property the same as 61 but has had a lot of work and money spent on it and is up for sale for £305,000 and hasn't had an offer yet.
I feel if you could reduce the price of 61 that would hopefully interest the people who are looking to purchase.
I have attached your progress report to this email, the green line is the amount of interest 61 is generating, the grey line is how all the other estate agents are performing in your area and price range.
Please let me know your feelings as soon as possible. Thank you.
The Mill at Homewood is set in delightful landscaped communal gardens with private parking.
Tenterden: A small town in the Ashford District of Kent. It stands on the edge of the Weald overlooking the valley of the River Rother. The high street offers a broad selection of shopping facilities making the town a centre for a number of villages in the area. Tourist attractions bring many visitors to the town such as the Kent and East Sussex Railway line to Bodiam, the local vineyard, the folk festival, and the many versatile and friendly restaurants and tea rooms. The town also benefits a sports centre, doctor's surgery, primary and secondary school plus town hall.
