We've loved living in Jennets Park - being a family with 2 young children and a dog, we have loved living in Jennetts Park with all the green space to go walking the dog in, and the local shops for everything we need. There is a really nice local pub within walking distance from our house, which is family and dog friendly, and very popular through the summer. One of us commutes for work on a regular basis and find it really conveniently located within reach of both the M3 and M4 with access to the M25 and Heathrow Airport. Since the regeneration of Bracknell Town Centre which includes a cinema and many different restaurants, we've found the frequent local buses from Jennetts Park into town to be really useful. Since living on Jennets Park for over 8 years, we've found our neighbours to be really friendly and supportive to us and our children, and the community spirit is great, with Jennets Park having it's very own Facebook group! The local community centre also is a great place for family birthdays, exercise classes and festive and holiday events. We look forward to finding our next home with help from Ryan and Sanjay!

Ask anyone who lives in Jennett's Park the first word that comes to mind, and we expect "community" to be at the forefront. From the tight knit facebook and whatsapp groups, to locally famous Christmas Lights charity displays, to the abundance of events and classes held at the community centre it's no wonder people often move up and down the property ladder and stay within this vibrant development, just like our current owners are looking to do. There are also schools, a fantastic pub, Co-Op convenience store and numerous parks and greenspaces including Tarmans Copse right round the corner from Capercaille Close.
Bracknell Town Centre is 5 minutes away by car, and Wokingham & Binfield around 10 minutes with both towns well connected by bus routes directly through Jennett's Park. Access onto the A329 for the M4 is right around the corner and you can be in central Reading in around 15 minutes.

We really like townhouses as the layout can change so dramatically depending on who lives there and how they need to house to work - downstairs has a lovely kitchen/dining room, and a separate living room opening onto a nice low maintenance garden with a back gate. There's also a spacious entrance hall and a downstairs loo on the ground floor. Each of the upstairs floors has two double bedrooms and a bathroom and we have seen these houses laid out every which way possible! From using a bedroom as a second living room, to taking the whole top floor as a main bedroom suite with a dressing room & office, the possibilities are endless and absolutely perfect to grow with and adapt over time. There's a garage and allocated parking right at the back of the house, and not too far away like some of the parking arrangements are known to be on jp!
