“We have done many improvements to our home but Our favourite rooms are the lounge, is a lovely bright room with patio doors opening into the garden and with a Scandinavian design wood burner it is super cosy and the master bedroom is very spacious with large fitted wardrobes in the dressing area, the en-suite has a free standing boat bath and separate shower is a really beautiful room. We pretty much live in the kitchen and is a lovely sociable space for family meals, the separate utility room (which has a stable door out into the back garden) is a great room creating extra storage and keeping the laundry out of the kitchen area.
Our street is a quiet neighbourhood, brilliantly located for walking to the station, supermarket and leisure centre and a short drive to the Trafford centre too (an annual favourite weekend is Irlam Live too which is very handy) I think what we will miss most is the space that our home has, every room has built in storage, we have our own off street parking for 3 cars and we are not overlooked, we have been incredibly happy here for 18 years but now the children have left home we are looking to downsize.”
