A Note From The Current Residents

We’ve loved living here over the past few years. The flat is always so bright and welcoming, with plenty of storage that keeps everything neat and makes daily life so easy. Our favourite spot is the south-facing balcony – perfect for a quiet morning coffee, or sitting back in the afternoon sunshine with a good book.

We’re going to miss the vibrant neighbourhood and the strong sense of community here. Weekends have been filled with trips to the German Deli for the best breads and cakes, browsing the Saturday market at Lloyd Park, and long walks through the beautiful Walthamstow Wetlands. The residents’ group has been such a supportive and friendly network – it’s made us feel at home from day one. Being just a short walk from the tube station has made commuting incredibly simple.

While we'll be sad to leave, we genuinely hope the new owners will find it to be as cosy and welcoming a home as we have.
