    Location

    Broadgate is an attractive road connecting Beeston town centre with Nottingham University's West Entrance. There are a number of substantial residential properties along Broadgate as well as halls of residence. Beeston town centre is a 5 minute walk away.     Listed Building And TPO

    The property is Grade II Listed by virtue of the occupation by Edward Joseph Lowe who was a renowned astronomer, botanist and founder member of the Royal Meteorological Society. The house was built in the 1940s. In the 1850s is was adapted to include an observatory and a rotating cupola roof above where the current entrance to the building is.

    The site has a number of Group Tree Preservation orders and single TPO that can be seen on the TPO Plan included in the sales pack.
