Owners Comments...
We’ve loved living on Mansfield Crescent for so many reasons. The location right next to South Hill Park has been fantastic, not only for dog walks but also for theatre and comedy shows, dance classes and cafe treats. The close proximity to Sainsbury’s and Aldi has been very useful, plus it’s only a short drive to the train station and the Lexicon shopping centre. Swinley Forest is very near by and is a wonderful and vast place to explore. When you’re venturing further afield the M3 & M4 motorways are easily accessible.

Some of the things that drew us to the house were the flow of the downstairs layout and the outside space. The house has been a much loved home and we’ll be sad to say goodbye to the house and the lovely neighbours in Mansfield Crescent.

Mansfield Crescent is well placed for a mix of green space and local convenience. South Hill Park is directly opposite — perfect for walking, relaxing, or taking the kids out — and you’re also close to Swinley Forest, the Village Hotel with its gym and spa, Sainsbury’s, and Bracknell town centre. It’s an ideal spot for both families and commuters alike, with good road links nearby.

The standout for us is the location — being directly opposite South Hill Park really adds to the appeal of this home. It’s a lovely outlook and offers so much green space right on your doorstep. Inside, it’s very clean and tidy, with an upgraded kitchen and handy utility area. With no onward chain, two double bedrooms and a versatile third bedroom that works well as a study or child’s room, it’s a great all-rounder in a brilliant setting.
