Cross Gardens has been a true labour of love. When we bought the property, it hadn’t been renovated in 40 years, and we’ve enjoyed modernising it while preserving some of its original charm and unique features. The south-facing garden has been a constant joy, the quiet cul-de-sac has offered a real sense of peace, and the excellent nearby schools have been invaluable for our family. We’ve loved life in Frimley Green and the surrounding area, but with a growing family and new work commitments, it’s time for us to move further afield. Parting with this home will be bittersweet, and we sincerely hope the next family enjoys it every bit as much as we have.

Without trying to give out too much favouritism, this is such a great location in a village that i've lived for many years. All of your day to day needs are just a few minutes away, whether it's the local schools, the shops (and pubs!) or the outstanding green space of Frimley Lodge Park! THe home itself has been well looked after having been updated over the years and will make a lovely family home for its next owners.

Area Comment:
Frimley Green is a small sought-after village, within 30 miles of central London. It is located around a village green which plays host to many seasonal events throughout the year, and is also surrounded by the local amenities. Transport links are nearby with junction 4 of the M3 being just a few minutes drive away, and the mainline train stations of Farnborough and Brookwood providing quick access into central London. Frimley Green is also well catered for with an excellent local nursery, and infant and junior schools.
