Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman

Mere Crescent is a quiet road in Oakmere village and this property has the benefit of being well positioned with open fields to the rear providing some peaceful countryside views. The current owners have been busy since taking the keys to improve upon what was already a great property and along with décor improvements they have also fitted a new boiler and electric consumer unit to ensure the utilities of the home are all in good working order.

The layout of the home caters well to modern living with a brilliant open plan space on the ground floor. The whole area enjoys lovely feature parquet flooring and includes a living space, breakfast bar and modern kitchen with double doors leading onto the garden and helping you take in the delightful views.

The first floor houses the three bedrooms, two of which are comfortable doubles with the third providing either a single bedroom or home office as required. All three are served by the modern shower room with a brilliant, spacious walk in shower.

Externally, number 18 boasts a gravel driveway for parking of two cars to the front, and at the rear is a real highlight of the home thanks to a lovely mature garden that benefit from the previously mentioned open fields views. With the fields the property backs on to being used as grazing land for horses you get a lovely sense of rural, country living.
