The area is incredibly well-connected with regular trains from West Croydon, the tram, bus services and a short walk to East Croydon making commuting a breeze. The high street is a vibrant mix of hidden gems, including the clay oven bakery and ice cream shop that we will miss dearly, with everything from international supermarkets to local eateries just a stroll away. A 24-hour gym and essential services such as doctors, dentists and the hospital are also within walking distance.
Families will love being near Wandle Park with its playground as well as the many nurseries and schools nearby. The road itself is wonderfully community-oriented; our neighbours welcomed us with open arms and there is a real sense of people looking out for one another.
We have built this place into a true home and leaving is incredibly bittersweet. We only hope that the next owners will love it just as much as we have and enjoy every moment in this beautiful space and vibrant neighbourhood."
