We fell in love with this house instantly back in 2018 despite it needing a little tlc. It was the first and only house that we viewed as first time buyers. We realise now that we were so lucky to get that feeling straightway from a property. Already familiar to the area, we knew this quiet and safe neighbourhood would be the perfect place for our growing family. Furthermore, we loved visiting the park and taking walks along the canal nearby. The house itself has an incredibly cosy and inviting feel and we love the size of our garden and how sunny it gets during the summer months. We will always have a special place in our hearts for this property!

This home is stunning! It has been so well loved over the years our Sellers have been here, and it's going to make a lovely home for the next owners. The location is great too being in a lovely quiet green area, yet close by to the town centre and the mainline station. I don't think this will hang around long!

Zebon Copse has always been a sought-after location for families and professionals, with its quiet and green location but still being close by to excellent commuter links. The estate has it's own local convenience shop, as well as play parks for the kids, and if you fancy a bit of a shop and something to eat, Redfields Garden centre is literally just around the corner!
