A rare opportunity awaits in the heart of NW3 - a chance to own not just a home, but a living piece of British history.

Set within the restored wwii watch tower, this exceptional residence combines heritage and modernity in an extraordinary architectural feat - offering full and private ownership of the original tower structure itself.
Historic Legacy, Modern Living
Once used as a strategic vantage point during the Second World War, The Tower has since been thoughtfully reimagined into a collection of luxury residences - as its crowning jewel. The penthouse spans the top two floors of the building, with every detail meticulously crafted to balance the gravitas of its historical past with the sophistication and comfort of contemporary living.
From the moment you enter, you are met with double-height ceilings, elegant staircases, and panoramic views that sweep across the London skyline. Original architectural features have been preserved and celebrated, while state-of-the-art finishes, materials, and systems ensure effortless, modern-day functionality.
Sophisticated Interiors & Elevated Design
The interior layout has been carefully designed to maximise both space and natural light. The expansive open-plan reception and dining area is ideal for entertaining, framed by large windows that capture dramatic, uninterrupted vistas across the city. The bespoke kitchen features high-end integrated appliances, stone worktops, and sleek cabinetry - perfect for culinary creativity or hosting guests.
All three bedrooms are generously proportioned, with en-suite bathrooms boasting spa-like finishes, underfloor heating, and designer fittings. The principal suite offers an indulgent retreat, complete with walk-in wardrobe, bespoke joinery, and its own elevated view over London.
