Guide Price £625,000 - £650,000. Stunning 2 bedroom period conversion flat, with a private garden, in the heart of Brockley. Approximate gross internal area in excess of 800 sqft. Sympathetically modernised by the current owners and featuring double glazed sash wooden windows.
We asked the sellers to tell us a little bit about their time at the flat - here's what they had to say:
We’ve loved living in Brockley – the flat has been such a happy home, with friendly neighbours and a welcoming community. Having our beautiful garden has been a highlight, perfect for summer BBQs and evening get-togethers.
The area itself has so much to offer. Hilly Fields is just around the corner – ideal for walks, picnics, or keeping active. Brockley has a great mix of independent cafés, pubs and restaurants; The Talbot is a brilliant pub; and Browns serves some of the best coffee and cake around. It’s very well connected. Brockley, St Johns and Crofton Park stations are all within walking distance. You can be at London Bridge in under 15 minutes.
Overall, it’s been the perfect balance of a sociable, village-like community with quick access to the city. We wouldn’t be leaving the flat if we weren’t taking the next step as a family, and are hoping to stay in the area because it really does feel like home
