When we relocated from the Midlands in 2023 we wrote down a checklist of everything we would want in both a house and area. Finchampstead and Radical Ride ticked all the boxes. A large driveway, private garden, utility room and a large master bedroom all exceeded our expectations!
We have spent alot of effort modernising the property throughout our time here, creating a functional family home.
The garden is one of our favourite spaces on the property, very private and larger than most on the estate. Its perfect in the summer months to relax on the decking, with sun from midday to dusk.
In general the cul-de-sac is very quiet, surrounded by trees and has a great sense of community, coming together for street parties yearly.
We will be sad to leave Radical Ride as we look to grow our family, but we have had many happy memories here and hope whomever the new owner will be will enjoy the house as much as we have.

Our sellers have perfectly summed up why this house has been such a ideal family home for them. It really does have so much to offer with great room sizes both upstairs and downstairs, these homes are very sough after and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to be tucked away in a quiet cul de sac location.
This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been popular with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. This design of three bedrooms homes is our favourite, to the front you have an entrance hallway that gives you access into a well fitted kitchen with ample worktop and cupboard space. Just opposite there is a separate utility room which is a must have for a family home and gives you space for a washer and drying machine. There is also a handy cupboard by the front door for more storage outside.
The home also comes with a downstairs cloakroom, but the back of the house is our favourite part. Giving you a 17ft, open living and dining space which has been redecorated by our current sellers with the feature lit, panelled wall with storage under the stairs. The double doors leading onto the south facing garden, really brings you in some great natural light.
Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a superb size and can accommodate double beds. The family bathroom is a great size with plenty of natural light pouring through, but the master bedroom has to be our favourite room upstairs, spanning the whole width of the house it's a superb size. Not only that but it comes with fitted wardrobes and ample space for freestanding wardrobes.
Outside as we've mentioned the garden is south facing meaning plenty of sunlight throughout the day and is also very private, this creates a great entertaining space with the decking area. You also have side access to the front of the home, where you've got ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles.

This home sits tucked away in the popular 'Fernlea' development in quiet cul de sac and is only a short walk away from the popular fbc centre and is only a stones throw away from California Country Park. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Waverley School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the fbc Centre and California Country park these both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is also only a 12 minute drive away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
