We asked the current owner to tell us a little bit about their experience of living in the flat & here is what they had to say:

"i've absolutely loved living in this flat over the past six years. Having grown up in Lee, this area has always felt like home — it’s quiet, friendly, & incredibly well-connected.

One of the standout features is the fantastic local pub just around the corner. It serves excellent food, has a great garden space, & is a real hub for the community. It’s the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends.

Lee station is less than a 10-minute walk away, with quick & easy links into central London. On weekends, it’s just a short stroll to Blackheath & Greenwich where you'll find an amazing selection of restaurants, cafes, & pubs, plus plenty of green space to enjoy a walk or play sports. The flat itself is in a peaceful setting, offering a calm retreat after a busy day. It’s been a joy to call this place home. The only reason we’re moving is because we’re starting a family & now need a bit more space. It’s a wonderful place to live & I hope the next owner loves it as much as we have."
