**Owners’ Comments:**
“When we first saw Sylvan (as we call her), we loved the fact that this little house, which had belonged to the same family for some 100 years before we bought it, was both wonderfully peaceful but also extremely well located for public transport – with night buses (on the Romford Road) round the corner and Forest Gate station (on the Elizabeth Line) less than a 10 minute walk away. It meant we could have a house with a garden within half an hour of central London! We also loved that while it looked bijou from the outside, Sylvan felt like a Tardis on the inside – with all the rooms a really great size and a full width, usable cellar. We had plans for a side-return, an upstairs bathroom and a loft conversion but life had other plans and we are sorry to now have to say goodbye. Whoever takes her on next is sure to love her too!”
