About this property

"This was the first place i’ve really called home in Bristol, when I first viewed the property I wanted a garden for a cat and a windowsill I could sit in looking into the garden. I love the quiet spot overlooking the garden from the upstairs bedroom - it’s a really open space where we’ve had bbq’s galore in the summer and cosy dinner parties in the winter. A great memory is just going to the park when it snowed and grabbing a croissant with my partner - felt magical. Also love the top local pubs"

    The Home
You enter the property into a spacious, living room. From here, the layout flows through to a well-proportioned kitchen/diner and a family bathroom at the rear of the house. Upstairs, both bedrooms are generous in size and benefit from built-in storage.

    The Outdoor Space
Set back from the road, the property enjoys a small front garden and a raised decking area to the rear, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. There is also a driveway providing convenient off-street parking.

    Living in St George
This two-bedroom home is located on Clouds Hill Road, just east of the much-loved St George’s Park and within easy reach of the bustling Church Road. St George’s Park is one of Bristol’s most popular green spaces, offering a play area, tennis courts, a café, skate park, and a lake. The neighbourhood is rich in independent shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants, with highlights including Poco Deli, Red Church, and Orchard Café. The Bristol Loaf and The Lock-Up are local favourites, while the nearby Easton area, easily accessed via the Bristol to Bath cycle path, boasts gems such as East Bristol Bakery, Garden of Easton, and Bristol Sweet Mart. With well-regarded schools close by, the area is popular with families. For commuters, it’s a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike, or car, with Bath, the motorway network, and Bristol Temple Meads also within easy reach.
