This chain free detached home ticks all the boxes for a modern family lifestyle or down sizers looking for low maintenance and an excellent location. Being on a corner plot, the house enjoys a lovely green outlook and the countryside opposite is convenient for dog walks etc. The house has been redecorated and is ready to move into immediately. The spacious hallway has stairs to the first floor and a cloaks cupboard and guest w/c. There are two very spacious reception rooms and a kitchen/breakfast room arranged around the entrance hall: The dual aspect lounge is light and airy with double doors opening directly onto the patio, the dining room is quite versatile and could be a play room if preferred, the kitchen is fitted with plenty of cabinets and worktop space and has a built in electric double oven and five ring gas hob. There is also an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. The adjoining utility room provides additional storage and space for the washing machine and tumble drier and gives way to the driveway. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The principal bedroom has fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower. The loft has been fully boarded and carpeted, and an end window, along with Velux windows make a pleasant atmosphere if using as a study or office (access is from a retractable ladder in the landing).

Outside, low maintenance slate chipping are laid to the front and side, with a pathway to the front door. There is an extensive driveway providing plenty of off road parking, with external power sockets and a cold water tap. The garage has power and light and an up and over door and there is a side gate giving access to the rear garden. The rear garden is partly walled and is very low maintenance. Paved and decked patio's around an artificial lawn with raised beds is a perfect blend to enjoy without all the hard work. After all, there's a field adjacent for children and dogs to run off a bit of steam!
