Seller’s Comment:
We moved into Aspin Way over 32 years ago and raised three wonderful children who have all now flown the nest. The house was immediately a home and offered space for us all to grow and wasn't lacking even when they invited their many friends round as adults (we were thankful that we could get up to 9 cars parked directly outside and not on the road)!
We chose the house because of its walking-distance location to highly performing schools for all ages from 4 to 16. The children were easily able to develop through the many local clubs and activities in the area.
The one thing that stands out about this place is the neighbours.. We couldn't have asked for a more genuine, caring group of people, and it was with a heavy heart that the decision to sell was made. Having moved to Bournemouth recently, it came as no surprise that these were the people that make the community, and we shall miss them. Please reach out to the neighbours as they will give you a warm welcome and will always be there for you when in need.
Chris's Comment:
This is such a great home, a property that is 'turn-key' and simply ready to move straight into! The location is ideal given how close it is to the local schools and green space and the fact we are offering this one with no chain is a huge bonus!
Area Comment:
Blackwater is one of those places that feels like a hidden gem; close enough for the town centres of Camberley & Fleet, but with a village feel yet still within a short distance for the transport links for those that need to commute. There's some great green space on offer too with Yateley Common, Shepherds Meadow and many others too all within just a few minutes.
