About this property
"We have really loved our time in Flat 10. We've enjoyed having friends over for dinner, and the open plan kitchen space makes this really sociable. The neighbours are so friendly and happy to help through a WhatsApp group. We love the area and hope to find our next home nearby. We enjoy Gloucester Road and often head out for coffee at fed or drinks at Sydney & Eden or The Lazy Dog. We also love walks through St Andrews Park which feels very alive in the summer."
The home
Meticulously designed and brimming with style is this refreshing modern apartment in a superb Ashley Down location. The property further benefits from secure bike storage, easy access to a communal garden and plenty of free off street parking in the car park at the end of College Road. Entrance is into a spacious hallway, with the bedroom on your first right, boasting incredible ceiling heights and a sizeable window frame, enhancing the natural light. Opposite the bedroom is the immaculate bathroom, with walk-in-shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is a large storage cupboard, featuring various utilities. Continuing through the hallway you are greeted by the focal point of the home, the kitchen/living/dining area. A great open plan space, which is perfect for entertaining. The high ceilings and style mirror the bedroom in terms of quality, and there is plenty of space for a large dining table.
