What do you love most about your home/property?
The location is amazing, especially Battersea Power Station tube (zone 1) being so close. The building has a friendly 24/7 concierge which is really helpful for taking collection of deliveries and also ensures it feels very safe, along with the CCTV throughout. It is so convenient having a residents gym and there is a large roof garden which is great for watching the fireworks! The landscaped central courtyard provides a lovely oasis of calm and the apartment also has excellent sound proofing. There is a very efficient heating system and a constant supply of hot water and high speed internet is available via Hyperoptic. There is hardwood flooring throughout and the apartment is in great condition, with a brand new cooker and hob - ready to move in!

Since the arrival of our second child we have moved to a larger family home.

What do you love about the area?
The location is fantastic, being directly opposite Battersea Power Station tube (Zone 1). Battersea Power Station is a true London landmark with a range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as a cinema and theatre. It is a hub of activity with lots of festivals throughout the year and open spaces. Personal favourite spots include Dishoom restaurant and the rooftop bar at Joia. Battersea Park is also moments away with beautiful gardens, a boating lake and sports facilities. Since having children we have also appreciated all the nearby playgrounds as well as schools and nurseries. In addition to Battersea Power Station tube (Northern line) there is nearby Battersea Park rail station (Victoria station in 4 minutes) and Queenstown Road station (Waterloo station in 7 minutes) as well as lots of bus routes straight to Sloane Square and Vauxhall a short distance away.
