Owner's Comment

"We bought the house because we thought it was lovely—it really surprised us, like a tardis! From the outside, it looks like a two-storey home, but it actually has three levels. The bedrooms are a great size, and the whole place has such a charming character that we fell in love with it right away. We also really loved the garden, and the large outbuilding has been perfect as a home office.

What we’ll really miss is the community here—it’s been wonderful. The town is just a short walk away and has everything you need: Shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways. There's also a beautiful walk into town through the park and along the river, which we’ve always enjoyed. And being so close to Dartmoor and only 20 minutes from the sea, it’s the best of both worlds—close to nature but still convenient for commuting. We'll definitely miss that lifestyle."
