Surprisingly Spacious Three-bedroom home in the centre of Deal.

Set on the curve of the ever-popular Blenheim Road, this home is deceptively large and expands as you walk through.
Downstairs, there is a large living room/diner, a large kitchen to the rear with a breakfast bar. There is also handy storage under the stairs.

Upstairs provides three bedrooms comprising of a good, sized single at the rear, one double and a master bedroom, with built in wardrobes, spanning the width of the home. The bathroom is also larger than expected in these style homes.

Externally there is a good size, unoverlooked west facing suntrap, walled rear garden, secure for children or pets.

While the home is move in ready, there is opportunity here to put your own stamp on the property.

Identification Checks
Should a purchaser(s) have an offer accepted on a property marketed by Miles & Barr, they will need to undertake an identification check. This is done to meet our obligation under Anti Money Laundering Regulations (aml) and is a legal requirement. We use a specialist third party service to verify your identity. The cost of these checks is £60 inc. VAT per purchase, which is paid in advance, when an offer is agreed and prior to a sales memorandum being issued. This charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Location Summary
Deal is a town situated in Kent, which lies on the English Channel, eight miles north-east of Dover and eight miles south of Ramsgate. This former fishing and mining town became a 'limb port' of the Cinque Ports in 1278 and grew into the busiest port in England. In 1968, “Middle Street” was the first Conservation Area in Kent, its quaint streets and houses a reminder of its history along with many ancient buildings and monuments including, most notably, Deal and Walmer Castles . Today it is a seaside resort with its award-winning High Street, high-speed train Links to St Pancras and independent shops. An array of cafes and pubs sit along the picturesque seafront that is home to a sweeping pier.
