*** Vendor's comments *** " We chose this flat as first-time buyers almost 8 years ago and knew as soon as we walked in, this was the home for us.

We love the open plan kitchen-living room and the amount of natural light that comes in. The balcony is a good size and gives us a great view out over the green; with the added privacy of being on the end of the block and the balcony not connecting to any others. We've had some fantastic sunsets sitting out in the evenings.

The flat offers plenty of storage with a full cupboard in the hallway, a built-in wardrobe in the main bedroom and plenty of space to add your own shelving and storage. The kitchen also has a huge amount of cupboards, along with an in-built fridge-freezer, washing machine and oven. We've had a new boiler and washing machine since living here and the balcony flooring was replaced last year by the freeholders.

There are schools nearby for those with children and it has always felt like a very safe place. It's a great location for Lakeside Shopping Centre and the Retail Park, as well as access to nature with Chafford Gorge and Rainham Marshes very close by. It's also easy to commute from with access to the A13 or Dartford Bridge for drivers and walking distance to the train station.

We originally planned to only stay for 5 years, but we have been so happy here that we kept extending our plans. However, with work and family relocations, we're finally at the point of sadly needing to move out of the area and going South."
