We bought the property for our first home as a small family. We are leaving because we are growing our family, hoping to have more children and want to live closer to grandparents in Broadstone. We are sad to be leaving the area as we are in a great location - very close the beach, parks such as Poole park and Branksome recreation ground, as well as Parkstone Bay.We love the open plan downstairs (living room and kitchen) of this house, and the office space at the back. The garden is not overlooked, and the area is peaceful. The house gets lots of sunlight. The attic is very spacious for extra storage. When we moved in, we did work to the property, including extending and renovating the bathroom, decorating the bedrooms, putting new flooring in the whole house, and new windows in one of the bedrooms. We also have solar panels and insulated the walls.”
