Bure Park is a desirable area with a central natural reserve, primary school, parade of shops and public house. Bicester North Station is within one mile. Bicester is a thriving, historic market town with exceptional road and rail links. Both Junctions 9 and 10 of the M40 is easily accessible, the towns two mainline railway stations between them provide services to Oxford, Birmingham and London Marylebone in approximately 45 minutes. The town provides for all everyday needs as well as offering extensive recreational and employment opportunities.
Why the owner loves the property:
I bought this property with my mum for her to live in, it feels very safe (and was very safe), has lovely neighbours and is quite secluded in its location. The aspect is great with all of the rooms lovely and sunny. The house is also so warm in winter with the cavity walls filled with insulation by the council and a new boiler approximately 1 year old. Mum did not drive so getting the local bus into town was great for her and she also walked it for exercise in nice weather. The local nature reserve and dog walking routes are fantastic (I loved them myself for my dog when visiting mum) and the pub and shops invaluable. The off road parking on the driveway will make insurance cheaper and the very handy walk-around to the garage made access to the bins in your pj’s less embarrassing. The garage has electricity which is also a bonus, a good size garage for loads of storage with many two beds do not benefit from. Such happy memories made in this lovely house. I use to live in number 5 Campion Road from when the estate was brand new in 1999 and when I go back now I always enjoy seeing how lovely the open spaces are and how the estate has matured and still remained lovely with a high quality of homes. The development of the town centre was a massive bonus to Bicester since when I lived there.
